Shade Portal is now connected to Frankford's single sign-on (SSO) system. Now you can sign in to most of Frankford's apps with just one account*.
What's changing
Until now, you signed in to Shade Portal by entering your email address and clicking a secure or "magic" link we sent to your inbox. You never set a password of your own.
With this new system, you now have two ways to sign in:
- Email and password – Enter your email address and password to sign in directly, with no need to wait for an email.
- Sign in with magic link – Prefer the way it worked before? Enter your email address and request a sign-in link. Click the link in your inbox and you're in.
And even better, you will be logged in to other Frankford apps you have been given access to, regardless of which app you sign in from, they all use the same SSO system.
Setting or resetting your password
If you've never set a password, or can't remember the one you have, click Forgot Password on the sign-in form. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to create a new password. Once it's set, you can use it to sign in any time.
