Customized products, including fabric selections, finishes, branding, valance styles, and other modifications, are produced based on the specifications provided at the time of order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all selections before production begins. 

Customized products may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
 

Frankford Umbrellas works with a network of authorized dealers and representatives. While we strive to partner with reputable businesses, we are not responsible for:

• Dealer-specific pricing
• Installation services
• Independent service agreements
• Policies set by individual dealers

Purchases made through dealers are subject to their respective terms.

Warranty coverage for Frankford products varies by model and product line. Details are available on our Warranty page or through an authorized dealer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankford Umbrellas shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines

Use of products must comply with provided installation and care instructions.
